Sites and facilities opened their doors to the public and took visitors behind the scenes to showcase the fantastic career opportunities the industry has to offer.<\/p>\n<p>This year, CRASH joined the initiative (virtually) to give an insight into some of the vital homelessness and hospice charity construction projects. With 38 live projects; 19 homelessness and 19 hospice \u2013 there were plenty to choose from!<\/p>\n<p>Watch the videos below for a sneak peek at a newly acquired move-on house in Waltham Forest, and to hear from a hospice in Cumbria about the positive impact their building project will have on patients, staff and visitors.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for joining CRASH&#8217;s #OpenDoors24.<\/p>\n<h4>Branches \u2013 Waltham Forest Churches Night Shelter<\/h4>\n<p>Move-on accommodation is vital in a person\u2019s journey from homelessness to independent living.\u00a0 CRASH is helping to transform this six-bed property into suitable move-on accommodation.
