CRASH Corporate Patrons Dalkia (formerly Imtech Engineering Services) and VolkerFitzpatrick, who are working together on a landmark<\/strong> film and television production centre<\/strong> project, came together to support the charity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Earlier this year, a group from both patron companies took on the challenge of hiking the National 3 peaks, consisting of the highest mountains in England, Scotland, and Wales. The team aimed to raise over \u00a310,000 for their chosen charities including CRASH.<\/p>\n

The group\u2019s walking distance was an astonishing 23 miles with the total ascent being 10,052ft – twice the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks!<\/p>\n

They tackled Ben Nevis, Scotland, followed by Scafell Pike in the Lake District and finally finished their journey hiking Mount Snowdon in Wales \u2013 a summit renowned for offering some of the best views in Britain. The challenge was completed within a 24-hour period.<\/p>\n

Having spent approximately thirteen hours hillwalking and eleven hours driving, the outstanding team exceeded their target and raised an incredible \u00a311,306 in aid of CRASH and Myeloma UK.<\/p>\n

Whilst working together on the film and television production centre project, their joined fundraising challenge was something new for the team. Collaborating with a fellow patron or company offers a unique opportunity to build professional relationships and bond with your team whilst supporting the industry\u2019s charity. It is thanks to this generosity that CRASH can continue to deliver meaningful social impact to communities across the UK by helping homelessness charities and hospices with vital construction projects.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
